Being a woman in power means owning my story—every scar, every setback, every moment I almost gave up—and using it as fuel to lead, uplift, and break through the norms that were never built for me to succeed. It’s not about titles or control; it’s about impact, influence, and showing up fully as myself in spaces where I was once told I didn’t belong.

Power, to me, is the ability to rise with grace after being counted out. It’s rewriting the narrative for women who come from nothing, who’ve lost everything, and who still choose to rise. It’s about showing other women that you can be soft and strong, vulnerable and victorious, all at once. That you don’t have to shrink, conform, or apologize to lead with purpose.

Being a woman in power means I use my voice to open doors, my work to create change, and my legacy to leave proof that barriers can be broken, ceilings can be shattered, and that no one—not even yourself—gets to dim your light.
